RENTAL HOUSE RULES


We want you to be happy, comfortable and relaxed in our home. If there is anything you need at any point throughout your stay, please do not hesitate to Contact Us – We will do what we can to accommodate you. Check-in time is 4 PM. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we'll do our best. We suggest you also check out What to Do as there is plenty of things in the area to keep you entertained! Check-out time is strictly 10 AM. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests. A few highlights of our rules: • No parties or events without prior approval • No smoking! That applies to both cigarettes and marijuana, inside or outside! • No fireworks! • Minimum age of primary renter: 25 • Maximum guests (including visitors): 25 You may also want to review our Rental Agreement or Privacy Policy Please respect and care for our home as it was your own. We take great pride in ensuring the property is kept in top condition and we hope you will do the same. We would greatly appreciate if you would please make every effort to leave the property in the same condition you found it. Enjoy your stay and have fun!

How far is the beach from the house?
We are 3 houses back from the beach, or about a 2 minute walk. There is a dedicated pedestrian path right across the street that will take you to the beach. For more information: Pine Point Aerial View
Are there restaurants nearby?
There are several restaurants in walking distance: The Stern Resturant, The Bait Shed, The Salty Bay, The Garage BBQ and Emma’s Eats. There are also numerous places to eat in Old Orchard Beach, Scarborough and Portland. For more information: Where to Eat
What else is there to do besides going to the beach?
Old Orchard Beach is a 5 minute drive (or trolley ride) and has an amusement park, arcades and plenty of shops. Neighboring Saco has Splash Town Fun Town USA, Aquaboggan, the Saco Drive in Movie Theatre, just to name a few. For more information: What to Do & See
Is there place to kayak?
Yes, you can launch a kayak at the town landing which is 1 house row behind us. From there you can explore the Salt Water Marsh and the Nonesuch river.
Are there walking, riding or running trails nearby?
The Eastern Trail crosses Pine Point Road about 1 mile up the street from the house. There you can park your car and ride you bike or walk/run for miles in either direction on a multipurpose trail. Of course, there is also 7 miles of beach you could run or you could just bike around the neighborhood.
