The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to stay home and cook fresh seafood.  There is enough room for the older adults to talk in one room while the younger adults socialize in another room without hearing each other talk. “This is a well situated house within walking distance to an amazing beach while not being far from Portland and other scenic areas. The house is spacious with a master sweet that is separated from the noise of the rest of the family – my parents really appreciated this! The kitchen is for cooks! “The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, a block from the beach, which is accessed by a nearby path; no need to walk along the roads. The beach has to be one of the best found in Maine.  The house has all the amenities you could wish for and is kept in excellent condition by the owners.”

“The house was stocked with everything we needed from basic supplies to yard games, toys for the kids, fresh clean sheets and towels. There were many places to hang out outside. The hot tub and the outdoor shower were amazing. It was an easy walk to the white sandy beach and it was not very crowded. Lots of beach toys, wagons, and beach chairs for all. We were able to walk to the fish market and a few restaurants. Great location to explore nearby towns such as Kennebunkport and Portland. My family had a great time and all commented on the cleanliness of the home. The owner was quick to respond whenever I reached out with questions. A wonderful experience! Hope to get back there soon.”

“The perfect house for a big group in the perfect location. House is like new. Very well equipped. Lots of windows to provide cooling ocean breezes. Lots of gathering spaces. Yard is gorgeous; loved the astroturf (nobody had to interrupt our stay to mow the lawn.) More than enough parking space. Two blocks to Pine Point Beach and the public bathrooms and snack shack.  Walkable to multiple restaurants and a fish market.”

“We looked for a summer vacation house in New England for months and we are so happy that we found this one! It has everything….from the 7 bedrooms to the large, functional kitchen. Did I mention that it is a short path walk to one of Maine’s Best Beaches (Pine Point)?!  Our guests loved the BIG driveway and the fact that we were so close to the Clambake and Ken’s Seafood (awesome fresh seafood Restaurants)! Close to the Maine Mall and Old Orchard Beach so the kids could enjoy the Amusement Park or go shopping as it rained 1 day. Couldn’t have asked for a better “summer house” right near the beach.”
