This beautiful, spacious 7 bedroom home sleeps up to 22 people comfortably. There is plenty of room for three families and their children or a family gathering. Each bedroom has a full closet, storage for clothes, and a nightstand. All rooms have fabulous views.  In all the bedrooms, there are also smart TV’s with Cable TV and Netflix, as well as window air conditioners or a mini split with a temperature degree setting and remotes.  There are 5 adult bedrooms and 2 themed kids bedrooms.

Master Bedroom – located on the second floor with wonderful views of the Nonesuch river and Scarborough marsh, the master bedroom has a king bedroom set with 2 dressers, 2 night stands, and 2 closets for clothes.  The master bathroom has double sinks, jetted tub and separate stand up shower.  There is also a ceiling fan, a lounge chair with table for reading and a 55” smart TV in the Master Bedroom.

2^nd  Bedroom –  the anchor themed bedroom, located on the second floor, has a queen bed, a 42” smart TV, a ceiling fan, 2 night stands and a dresser.

3^rd Bedroom –  the whale themed bedroom, located on the second floor, has a queen bed, a 42” smart TV, a ceiling fan, night stand and a small dresser.

4th Bedroom – the beach themed bedroom, located on the second floor, has a queen bed, a 55″ smart TV, a night stand and a dresser.

5^th Bedroom – the mermaid themed bedroom, located on the second floor, has a queen bed, a 42″ smart TV, a ceiling fan, a night stand, and a dresser.

6^th Bedroom – the sailing themed bedroom, located on the third floor has a queen bed as well as a twin “boat” bed with twin pull out trundle.  It has a nightstand, dresser and a smart TV.

7^th Bedroom – the kids “slumber party” bedroom, located on the third floor, has a queen bed as well as 3 twin beds with 3 twin pull out trundles.  It is perfect for a “kids only” sleepover room!  It has a nightstand, dresser and smart TV.

The home has a total of 3 bathrooms, so no one is waiting to take a shower or use the bathroom.  There is a half bathroom off the mudroom on the first floor; and two full bathrooms on the second floor.  Both the full bathrooms have double sinks, granite countertops and hairdryers.  There is also an ironing board and iron as well as a large capacity front load washing machine and clothes dryer available for use (in the basement).

Dining room – The dining room has a table with seating for 8 comfortably, with the option to add an extension and additional chairs.

The home features enough room so everyone has plenty of space of their own, and common areas where everyone can get together for conversation and laughter. In addition to the main living area that has a family room, living room, dining room, kitchen, mudroom.  The basement has an additional family room and game room.  High speed wireless internet is available throughout the house.

1^st Floor Living Room  – features a couch, loveseat and fireplace.  It is open to the kitchen and separated by a 5 seat breakfast bar and is a popular place to socialize. 

1^st Floor Family Room –  features a Large Sectional Couch, 55” smart TV with Cable TV and Netflix and Extra Blankets.

Basement Family Room – features a kid friendly room with sectional sofa, high top table and chairs, electric fireplace and 65″ smart TV with Cable TV and Netflix, perfect for watching movies.  In addition to Cable TV and Netflix, this TV also has a DVD player, Nintendo Wii and Play Station 4 game systems with lots of games, as well as board games, card games and books.

Basement Game Room – features a Foosball table and an Air Hockey table.

Garage Game Room – features a Ping Pong table and Arcade Game Machine.
